Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: The participants of this study were adult family caregivers aged 19 years or older who cared for patients diagnosed with dementia by a physician. Participants were included if they had received an explanation of the study purpose and procedures and voluntarily provided written informed consent to participate. Eligible participants were those who were able to communicate in Korean and participate in the survey and intervention.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Individuals were excluded if they were not family caregivers of patients with dementia, had difficulty providing voluntary consent to participate in the study, or had cognitive or psychological problems that made it difficult to understand the intervention content or respond to the questionnaire.
