Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Adults aged 19 years or older 2. Those who consume cacao-containing chocolate without discomfort and have purchased cacao-containing chocolate at least once in the past week 3. Those with a fasting blood glucose of 100 mg/dL or below 4. Those without metabolic problems

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Those diagnosed with prediabetes or diabetes 2. Those with allergy or intolerance to legumes (pulses), cacao, dairy, or nuts 3. Those with a BMI of 29.9 kg/m² or above 4. Those who are pregnant or planning pregnancy 5. Those currently participating in another clinical study

Glucose response area under the curve (AUC), calculated from capillary blood glucose measured before intake and at 15, 30, 60, 90, and 120 minutes after intake, compared across test foods
