Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Must be a user who has experienced mental health services via KakaoTalk, or a counseling service operator/staff. 2. Must fully understand the purpose and procedures of this study and voluntarily consent to participation.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Exclusion Criterion 1: Individuals with no prior experience in utilizing or administering mental health services via the KakaoTalk platform. Exclusion Criterion 2: Individuals who decline to provide written informed consent for participation or refuse the collection and use of personal data.
