Behavioral : In this study, the experimental group uses the OQ (Occupational Questionnaire) to identify daily life patterns, appropriately allocate time to imbalanced work areas, and select activities

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Individuals residing in homeless shelters, those capable of independent living, those with a K-MMSE-2 score of 24 or higher, those able to participate in activities independently, and those without health issues severe enough to hinder activity performance.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Individuals who are unable to live independently due to physical or mental impairments, individuals with cognitive impairments that significantly limit their ability to perform daily activities, individuals who are unable to participate in activities independently
