Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients with chronic stroke who were more than 6 months after stroke onset 2. Participants who were able to walk independently or with a walking aid if needed 3. Participants with a Mini-Mental State Examination (MMSE) score of 24 or higher who were able to understand and follow the researcher’s instructions 4. Participants with a Berg Balance Scale (BBS) score between 25 and 45 5. Participants who understood the purpose and procedures of the study and voluntarily provided written informed consent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Participants who had participated in another rehabilitation program or clinical study within the previous 3 months 2. Participants who had difficulty performing exercise due to severe musculoskeletal or cardiovascular disease 3. Participants who were unable to perform gaze stabilization exercises due to severe visual or hearing impairment 4. Participants who were considered inappropriate for study participation due to severe fatigue, pain, or communication difficulties 5. Participants who did not provide informed consent or were judged by the researcher to be inappropriate for participation
