Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Chronic stroke patients with a duration of 6 months or more since the onset of hemorrhagic or ischemic stroke who can walk 10 meters or more independently or with minimal assistance, possess sufficient cognitive function to understand and follow the study protocol and exercise instructions, and provide voluntary written informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients are excluded if they have severe communication or cognitive impairments that prevent them from following instructions, severe orthopedic disorders, pain, or fixed joint contractures in the hip or knee that make robot-assisted or treadmill gait training impossible, uncontrolled hypertension or unstable angina indicating cardiovascular instability, or prior experience with robot-assisted gait training.
