Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Emergency room nurses with at least 1 year of experience(Aged 20 to 64)

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Those with physical or mental discomfort in using the board game 2. Nurse managers who are not engaged in actual clinical practice
