Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: · Adults aged 20 years or older and under 60 years whose main work involved computer- or VDT-based tasks. · Individuals who had experienced wrist pain for at least 3 months. · Individuals who reported moderate or greater wrist pain, defined as an NRS score of 4 or higher. · Individuals who worked at least 5 days per week and performed VDT work for an average of 6 hours or more per day. · Individuals who had been engaged in their current job for at least 1 year.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: · Individuals who were currently using other complementary or alternative therapies for wrist pain management. · Individuals who were currently receiving treatment for wrist-related diseases or conditions. · Individuals who had lesions or trauma on both ears. · Individuals who had an allergic reaction to adhesive tape.
