Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Individuals aged 19 years or older with hamstring tightness, defined as an Active Knee Extension (AKE) angle of less than 60° and a Straight Leg Raise (SLR) angle of less than 80°.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Individuals who sustained a lower extremity or low back injury within the previous 3 months, had a history of hip, knee, or ankle surgery, or received hamstring stretching intervention within 1 week before study participation.
