Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Adult women aged 19 years or older Individuals with forward head posture, defined as a craniovertebral angle (CVA) of 49° or less Individuals who have experienced chronic neck pain for at least 3 months Individuals with a Numeric Rating Scale (NRS) score of 3 or higher Individuals who are exposed to prolonged static postures, frequent use of electronic devices, or repetitive upper extremity activities during daily life Individuals who voluntarily provide written informed consent after understanding the purpose and procedures of the study

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Individuals who have undergone cervical spine surgery within the past 6 months Individuals diagnosed with severe cervical spine disorders, such as cervical disc herniation or cervical radiculopathy Individuals currently receiving treatment for neurological or musculoskeletal disorders Individuals currently receiving treatment related to neck pain Individuals with a health condition that, in the investigator's judgment, would prevent safe participation in the exercise intervention during the study period
