Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Diagnosed with ischemic or hemorrhagic stroke confirmed by CT or MRI. Presence of unilateral upper limb paresis. Chronic or subacute stroke patients at least 3 months after stroke onset. Korean Mini-Mental State Examination score of 20 or higher and able to understand and follow simple instructions. Able to maintain a seated position for at least 30 minutes. Voluntarily provided written informed consent after receiving an explanation of the study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Severe cognitive impairment or communication difficulties preventing participation. Severe upper limb contracture, pain, or orthopedic conditions that interfere with playing musical instruments. Severe visual or hearing impairment preventing perception of musical stimuli. Medical conditions, including severe cardiovascular disease, that make participation inappropriate. Individuals considered unsuitable for participation by the investigator.
