Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: [Neurodegenerative Disease Group] 1. Diagnosed with Parkinson's disease according to the UK Brain Bank Criteria, or bilateral vestibulopathy according to the Bárány Society 2017 criteria. 2. Individuals who expressed their intent to participate after receiving and understanding the study description. 3. Individuals with a Hoehn & Yahr stage of less than 3 who are capable of independent walking without assistive devices. 4. Aged 50 to under 80 years (for individuals over 70 years of age, both the subject and their guardian must provide consent after an assessment of cognitive ability). [Healthy Control Group] 1. Adults aged 50 to under 80 years with no neurological abnormalities. 2. Individuals who have voluntarily provided written informed consent to participate after being informed of the study's purpose and procedures. 3. Individuals with no history of neurological diseases or severe musculoskeletal diseases.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Subjects meeting any of the following criteria will be excluded from both groups: 1. Minors under 19 years of age. 2. Individuals who do not consent to participate in this study. 3. Individuals incapable of independent walking. 4. Subjects unable to cooperate with the examination. 5. Presence of severe musculoskeletal and neurological diseases other than movement disorders. 6. Other cases deemed inappropriate for study participation by the investigator.
