Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Eligible participants will be adults aged 19 years or older and younger than 55 years who have been diagnosed with non-metastatic breast cancer below stage IV and have completed active treatment, including surgery, chemotherapy, and/or radiotherapy, within 1 to 5 years prior to enrollment. Participants must have no musculoskeletal conditions that would interfere with physical fitness assessments and must be able to complete study questionnaires and undergo blood sampling.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Participants will be excluded if they have a history of distant metastasis to organs or tissues other than the breast, or if they have experienced breast cancer recurrence. Participants will also be excluded if they are deemed unable to complete the planned physical fitness assessments, including those who have undergone surgery for a herniated disc or joint replacement within the past 6 months, have musculoskeletal disorders, are unable to undergo blood sampling, or are foreign nationals.
