Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) Adults aged 19 years or older who are scheduled to undergo surgery for rotator cuff tears at the participating institutions (Seoul National University Bundang Hospital, Seoul National University Hospital) (2) Patients whose tear size was evaluated as medium or larger on preoperative magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) (3) Patients scheduled for surgery using the double-row suture bridge technique with two medial anchor screws and two lateral anchor screws
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) Patients with a history of previous surgery on the rotator cuff (2) Patients with a history of fracture in the shoulder area, making them unsuitable for evaluating bone conductivity (3) Patients who decided not to participate in the study after receiving a sufficient explanation from the research team (4) Cases where anchor screws were replaced due to breakage or pullout during surgery, or additional procedures such as bone cement augmentation or buddy anchor insertion were performed
