Male

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Healthy adult males aged 20 years or older. Individuals with a cranio-vertebral angle (CVA) of 45 degrees or greater.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Individuals with a medical history of musculoskeletal, cardiovascular, respiratory, or neurological disorders. Individuals with abnormal findings upon musculoskeletal, cardiovascular, respiratory, or neurophysiological examinations. Individuals currently enrolled in courses taught by the principal investigator (PI).
