Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Registered nurses who have obtained a nursing license from the Ministry of Health and Welfare. 2. New nurses with less than 12 months of clinical experience. 3. Those currently working in a general hospital or a higher-level medical institution. 4. Those whose current institution is their first clinical placement. 5. Those who are within 6 months of independent practice after completing preceptor training at their current institution

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Those who have been diagnosed with an acute illness and are currently undergoing treatment. 2. Those who are unable to communicate verbally. 3. Those who are taking psychiatric medications that affect the central nervous system, such as antipsychotic drugs.
