Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Professional Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu athletes in their 20s or 30s registered with the Jiu-Jitsu Association of Korea. 2. No history of musculoskeletal disorders within the last 12 months. 3. Currently free of any musculoskeletal disorders. 4. At least 5 years of training experience.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Diagnosed with chronic diseases or regularly taking medication. 2. Resting systolic blood pressure = 140 mmHg or diastolic blood pressure = 90 mmHg. 3. History of injury within the last 2 weeks. 4. Persistent pain and functional limitation lasting more than 2 weeks due to a recent injury.
