Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Adults aged 19 years or older with cerebral palsy. Individuals diagnosed with cerebral palsy by a rehabilitation medicine specialist. Individuals who understand the purpose and procedures of the study and voluntarily provide written informed consent. Individuals who report difficulties in voice, speech, and swallowing function. Individuals with adequate cognitive function, defined as a K-MMSE score of 24 or higher, and no significant communication difficulties for completing speech assessment, treatment, and questionnaires. Individuals who are able to participate in the 4-week or 8-week telepractice-based voice treatment according to the study protocol and complete pre-treatment, post-treatment, and follow-up assessments.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Individuals who complain of severe laryngeal or pharyngeal pain during treatment. Individuals who are unable to complete the assessment or treatment procedures, or who express unwillingness to continue participating in the study. Individuals who receive non-oral feeding, such as percutaneous endoscopic gastrostomy or nasogastric tube feeding. Individuals who are unable to use a tablet or mobile-based telepractice environment due to visual, hearing, or upper limb motor impairments. However, individuals who can use the system with assistance from a caregiver or activity supporter may be included.
