Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients diagnosed with stroke between 1 week and less than 6 months after onset 2. Patients without congenital thoracic deformities or orthopedic conditions such as fractures 3. Patients with a Modified Ashworth Scale grade of less than 2 4. Patients with a Korean version of the Mini-Mental State Examination (MMSE-K) score of 24 or higher 5. Patients with a Berg Balance Scale score of less than 45 6. Patients with impaired pulmonary function or respiratory parameters 7. Patients without a history of pulmonary disease prior to stroke onset

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with severe cardiovascular or respiratory diseases 2. Patients with a score of 20 or higher on the Korean version of the Trunk Impairment Scale (K-TIS) 3. Patients who are unable to follow the study procedures due to cognitive impairment 4. Patients who are unable to perform trunk stabilization exercises 5. Patients who are unable to perform respiratory training 6. Patients who have participated in a similar experiment within the past year
