Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Participants must be older adults aged 60 or above residing in Gyeolseong-myeon, Hongseong-gun, Chungcheongnam-do. They must live in one of the 25 target villages within Gyeolseong-myeon selected according to the research design (either a village under the jurisdiction of the intervention group or the control group), and their residences must be accessible to the public health center and the research team. Furthermore, they must receive a comprehensive explanation regarding the purpose and methodology of the study, as well as the personal information processing policies, and voluntarily sign a written informed consent form to participate in the research.
