Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: The inclusion criteria for this study are as follows. Phase 1 (Instrument Translation and Cultural Adaptation) 1) Forward translators: - Individuals proficient in the source languages (English or Chinese) who can accurately understand the original content and translate it into Korean based on conceptual meaning - Native-level Korean speakers capable of expressing questionnaire items clearly and naturally - Individuals with a background in nursing and sufficient understanding of the study topic and measured constructs 2) Back translator: - A bilingual individual proficient in both Korean and the source language with an understanding of medical and health-related terminology - An individual with experience in instrument or academic document translation 3) Expert panel for content validity: - Individuals working in nursing or health-related fields - Individuals with expertise in child and adolescent health - Individuals with experience in instrument development or validity testing 4) Adolescents for cognitive interviews: - Adolescents aged 13–18 years - Individuals who can read and understand Korean - Individuals able to verbally express their thoughts and respond to interview questions Phase 2 (Main Survey for Structural Equation Modeling) - Adolescents aged 13–18 years - Individuals who can read and understand Korean - Individuals able to participate in an online survey

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: The exclusion criteria for this study are as follows. Phase 1 (Instrument Translation and Cultural Adaptation) 1) Forward translators: - Individuals who are unable to participate consistently in the translation process during the study period 2) Back translator: - Individuals who participated in the forward translation process - Individuals who were previously exposed to the original instruments - Individuals who are unable to complete the back-translation process during the study period 3) Expert panel for content validity: - Individuals with less than five years of professional experience in the relevant field 4) Adolescents for cognitive interviews: - Individuals with cognitive or communication difficulties that would interfere with understanding questionnaire items or participating in interviews - Adolescents with current or past drug use experience or related family history Phase 2 (Main Survey for Structural Equation Modeling) - Individuals with cognitive or communication difficulties that would interfere with understanding questionnaire items - Adolescents with current or past drug use experience or related family history
