Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Adult patients (=19 years) who underwent lobectomy for lung cancer Patients admitted to the intensive care unit following ERAS-based surgery Patients who were alert and able to communicate after extubation Patients capable of ambulation and who provided informed consent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with hemodynamic instability due to intraoperative or immediate postoperative complications (e.g., bleeding) Patients whose surgical plan was changed intraoperatively Patients with severe cardiopulmonary conditions limiting early ambulation Patients with impaired cognitive function or inability to communicate Patients who refused to participate or withdrew from the study
