Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Adults aged 18–35 years Individuals with forward head posture, defined as a craniovertebral angle (CVA) of 53° or less Individuals who voluntarily agreed to participate in the study

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Individuals with a history of shoulder joint injury Individuals with a history of structural spinal injury or fracture Individuals with any disease or physical condition that may limit participation in the intervention program
