Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Healthy older women aged 65 years and older Able to voluntarily participate in the exercise program

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: History of abdominal, lumbar, or lower extremity surgery within the past year Individuals who are unable to walk independently or require the use of an assistive walking device (e.g., a cane or walker) Medical conditions considered inappropriate for participation by the investigator, including cardiopulmonary disease (e.g., heart failure, myocardial infarction, chronic pulmonary disease) or current use of anxiolytics, antidepressants, or sedatives Engagement in regular exercise (three or more times per week) during the past 6 months
