Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: [Patient] Adults aged 19 years or older who were diagnosed with acute myocardial infarction, received appropriate treatment, and were subsequently discharged to their homes. [Family Caregiver] An individual identified as the patient's primary caregiver who has been involved in providing care to the patient, regardless of kinship or cohabitation status.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: [Patients and Family Caregivers] Individuals with terminal cancer, cognitive impairment (e.g., dementia), or psychiatric disorders that may interfere with study participation or completion of the questionnaire will be excluded.
