Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Male amateur basketball players registered with the Korea University Sports Council Aged 19 to 29 Have at least 3 years of basketball training experience and currently train regularly at least twice a week Have not had any experience with complex training that combines strength exercises with resistance (external load) or assisted (body weight-reduced) plyometric power exercises in the past 6 months Have received a full explanation of the research purpose and procedures and voluntarily agreed to participate in the study

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: People who have had lower-body musculoskeletal injuries like knee, ankle, Achilles tendon, or hip injuries in the past 6 months. Those who feel pain or have functional limits when doing jumps or squats, and are considered unable to do high-intensity workouts based on pre-functional screening. People who have neurological, cardiovascular, or metabolic conditions that limit their ability to do high-intensity exercise. Those who regularly did structured complex training outside of this study program during the research period.
