Behavioral, Dietary Supplement : This is a randomized, double-blind, parallel-group study. Both groups perform combined exercise training (resistance and aerobic exercise, 4 times/week) for 8 weeks. D

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Healthy adult males aged 20-39 years 2.BMI within 18.5-27.0 kg/m² 3.No regular exercise participation for the past 3 months or more 4.Voluntarily agreed to participate and signed written informed consent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.History of fracture, muscle injury, or surgery within the past year 2.Diagnosed with metabolic diseases such as diabetes, hypertension, or hyperlipidemia 3.History of cardiovascular disease 4.Currently taking or having taken muscle-affecting medications within the past 3 months 5.Allergy to whey protein, milk, or dairy products, or lactose intolerance 6.Use of protein supplements or creatine within 4 weeks prior to study initiation
