Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Aged 18 years or older 2.Patients requiring at least two unilateral implant-supported single crowns in the posterior maxilla or mandible (excluding third molars) 3.Primary implant stability with an insertion torque > 30N 4.Presence of two adjacent teeth at the implant site 5.Adequate oral hygiene (bleeding on probing < 20% and plaque index < 20%) 6.Ability to comply with study procedures 7.Signed written informed consent 8.Participants previously enrolled in a clinical trial comparing immediate-loading and delayed-loading implant-supported prostheses in full-digital workflow implant treatment (IRB No. 2-2021-0117) who agree to participate in long-term follow-up

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Pregnant or breastfeeding women 2.Presence of systemic or local conditions that contraindicate implant therapy 3.Known or suspected substance abuse, including drug or alcohol abuse, or noncompliance with study regulations 4.Heavy smokers (= 10 cigarettes per day) 5.Current use of medications affecting bone metabolism 6.History of bisphosphonate use within the past 4 years 7.History of malignancy, radiotherapy, or chemotherapy for malignant disease within the past 5 years 8.Patients who do not wish to participate in the study
