Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Individuals aged 60 years or older who reside in the community (2) Individuals who are able to walk independently without assistance from others or the use of assistive devices (e.g., cane, walker), and who can walk approximately 100 meters while wearing the study-provided footwear. (3) Individuals who are able to understand the researchers’ explanations and communicate effectively (4) Individuals who understand the purpose and procedures of the study and voluntarily agree to participate

Exclusion criteria: (1) Individuals with pain in the feet or lower extremities (2) Individuals who have difficulty maintaining a balanced gait due to abnormal walking patterns, such as limping or dragging a leg
