Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Study 1 – Inclusion Criteria (Sarcopenia) 1) Women aged 65 years or older 2) Appendicular skeletal muscle mass (ASM) < 5.4 kg/m² 3) Handgrip strength < 18.0 kg 4) Short Physical Performance Battery (SPPB) score < 9 5) Individuals who voluntarily agree to participate and provide written informed consent 6) Individuals with no limitations for performing exercise Study 2 – Inclusion Criteria (Mild Cognitive Impairment) 1) Women aged 65 years or older 2) Mini-Mental State Examination (MMSE) score < 23 3) Individuals who voluntarily agree to participate and provide written informed consent 4) Individuals with no limitations for performing exercise

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Applicable to both Study 1 and Study 2 Exclusion Criteria 1) Individuals with uncontrolled hypertension that is not adequately managed by medication 2) Individuals with musculoskeletal disorders or a history of orthopedic disease or injury within the past 6 months 3) Individuals diagnosed with neurological disorders, such as Parkinson’s disease 4) Individuals currently participating in other studies related to cognitive function or exercise interventions 5) Individuals deemed unsuitable for participation by the investigator
