Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: - Adult males and females aged between 20 and 65 years. - Patients who underwent microdiscectomy due to single-level lumbar disc herniation. - Postoperative patients within 4 weeks of recovery. - Patients in a stable state of early postoperative recovery who are capable of participating in an exercise program. - Individuals who have voluntarily provided written informed consent to participate in the study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: - Presence of postoperative complications, such as infection or neurological deficits. - Co-morbidity of multiple-level lumbar lesions, spinal stenosis, or spinal instability. - Inability to participate in the study due to psychiatric or cognitive impairments. - History of lumbar surgery or other major orthopedic surgeries within the past year. - Presence of systemic diseases (cardiovascular, respiratory, or neuromuscular) that could interfere with exercise performance. - Current participation in other rehabilitation programs or therapeutic interventions.
