Interventions

Behavioral : Participants in the intervention group will receive a smart interactive exergame-based physical activity promotion program. The program will be provided five times per week, 30–45 minutes

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: - Older adults without a diagnosis of dementia residing in nursing homes - Individuals who have been admitted to a nursing facility for at least one month - Individuals capable of physical activity - Normal or normal corrected hearing and vision - Individuals capable of communicating, understanding the purpose of this study, and consenting to participate

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: - Those diagnosed with dementia - Those who have experienced chest pain while not exercising within the last month
