Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Care recipients: Community-dwelling older adults and persons with disabilities who are in need of emotional care. Caregivers: Daily life support workers, social workers, long-term care workers, family caregivers, and other individuals who provide care.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Care recipients: Individuals who have severe mental illness requiring immediate treatment or who are currently participating in another emotional support program. Caregivers: Individuals who provide care on a temporary or irregular basis.
