Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Adults aged 19 years or older Individuals who are currently employed Individuals who use a Samsung Galaxy Android smartphone Individuals with no history of diagnosis or medication use for mental health-related disorders within the past year Individuals who understand the purpose and procedures of the study and voluntarily provide online informed consent

Exclusion criteria: Individuals younger than 19 years of age Individuals who are not currently employed Individuals who do not use a Samsung Galaxy Android smartphone Individuals who have been diagnosed with a mental health-related disorder or have taken related medication within the past year Individuals who have difficulty understanding the purpose and procedures of the study or who do not provide online informed consent Individuals who are judged to be unable to use the mobile application or complete the study questionnaires during the study period
