Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Children and adolescents aged 10 to less than 18 years at enrollment Obesity defined as BMI =95th percentile for age and sex Able to understand study procedures and provide assent Written informed consent from a parent/legal guardian and assent from the participant Able to attend scheduled follow-up visits throughout the study period

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Diagnosis of type 1 or type 2 diabetes mellitus or current use of glucose-lowering medications Use of medications known to affect body weight or glucose metabolism Known allergy or skin condition preventing CGM application Severe chronic illness or medical condition that may interfere with study participation Any condition deemed unsuitable for participation by the investigator
