Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Adult workers employed in small-to-medium enterprises in South Korea. 2.Workers classified as having moderate or high mental health stress-related risk based on the most recent occupational health examination. 3.Individuals who owned a smartphone and were able to use a mobile application. 4.Individuals who understood the purpose and procedures of the study and provided written informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Individuals who did not provide informed consent or withdrew from the study at any time. 2.Individuals with incomplete post-intervention assessment data. 3.Individuals for whom no app-based self-monitoring logs were generated during the study period. 4.Individuals who used the application fewer than 15 times during the intervention period.
