Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients diagnosed with gait disturbance due to neurological conditions 2. Patients receiving inpatient treatment at the Department of Rehabilitation Medicine, Severance Hospital 3. Pediatric or adult patients aged 7 years or older 4. Participants without respiratory symptoms on screening assessment 5. Participants with sufficient cognitive function to follow and perform instructions 6. Participants who understand the study, voluntarily express willingness to participate, and provide informed consent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Participants with impaired cognitive function who are unable to independently decide to participate in the study or undergo the assessment 2. Participants who are unable to read the consent form or provide written informed consent 3. School-aged children who do not express willingness to participate, even if consent is provided by their guardian 4. Patients who are unable to walk independently even with the use of assistive walking devices 5. Participants judged by the investigator to be inappropriate for this study
