Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Aged 45–59 years. Capable of verbal communication. No significant vision or hearing impairments. Able to read written sentences. Native Korean speakers.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Diagnosed with incurable or terminal illnesses. Limited cognitive abilities or decision-making capacity. Refusal to provide consent for participation. Healthcare professionals.
