Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Women aged 20–49 years diagnosed with infertility and scheduled to undergo in vitro fertilization (IVF), regardless of prior history of assisted reproductive technology (ART) procedures. Individuals who voluntarily provide written informed consent to participate in the study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients undergoing IVF for fertility preservation prior to chemotherapy or radiation therapy. Patients undergoing intrauterine insemination (IUI) only. Individuals with difficulties in reading or writing Korean. Those who decline to provide consent for study participation. Individuals unable to complete questionnaires due to cognitive impairment or communication barriers. Individuals for whom domestic follow-up is unfeasible due to residency status (e.g., overseas citizens, expatriates, or planned relocation).
