Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Male high school students (grades 1–3) in Andong 2) Participants and their legal guardians who voluntarily provide written informed consent 3) Those with the cognitive ability to read, understand, and respond to Korean questionnaires

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Individuals currently receiving psychiatric medication or with a history of treatment within the past 6 months for depression, anxiety, or sleep disorders 2) Individuals diagnosed with and medicated for cardiovascular or endocrine diseases that may affect the autonomic nervous system 3) Individuals unable to complete self-report questionnaires due to reading difficulties or intellectual disabilities 4) Individuals with temporary environmental or physical changes (e.g., changing schools or severe trauma within the past week) making baseline lifestyle measurement difficult
