Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1) Patient Group (Colorectal Cancer Patients): Individuals aged 20 or older who have been diagnosed with colorectal cancer by the Department of Oncology at this hospital but have not yet received chemotherapy. 2) Control Group (Colorectal Cancer Non-Patients): Individuals aged 20 or older with no history of diagnosis of systemic or intestinal diseases. 3) Individuals who have heard an explanation of the study's purpose and methods and have voluntarily or with the consent of a guardian to participate.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1) Individuals who have taken antibiotics within the last month 2) Individuals who have consumed meals or snacks and performed oral hygiene practices, including brushing, within 3 hours prior to the examination 3) Individuals who have visited a dental clinic for treatment within the last month 4) Individuals who wear full dentures due to complete tooth loss 5) Individuals unable to communicate due to severe vision, hearing, or speech impairments
