Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Adults aged 19 years or older who are able to communicate fluently in Korean Parents raising a child under 19 years of age with medical complexity who has been diagnosed with one or more chronic diseases or rare/intractable conditions and experiences functional limitations in daily life, while living with a spouse Parents raising a child under 19 years of age with medical complexity who requires all of the following home-based medical care to maintain activities of daily living: tracheostomy care, mechanical ventilation, and enteral feeding via nasogastric or gastrostomy tube Individuals who directly provide home care for the child with medical complexity Individuals with sufficient cognitive and communication abilities to participate in an online-based intervention program Individuals without limitations in using digital devices such as smartphones, tablets, or computers Individuals who understand the purpose and procedures of the study and voluntarily agree to participate in the study
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Individuals who do not directly provide home-based care for the child with medical complexity Individuals with cognitive or communication impairments that would limit participation in the online intervention program Individuals with limitations in using digital devices such as smartphones, tablets, or computers Individuals who have been diagnosed with depression and are currently receiving pharmacological treatment
