Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: - Community-dwelling older adults aged 70 years or older. - Individuals considered to be at high risk of social isolation, defined as meeting at least one of the following criteria: - Limited social participation (LSNS-6 score < 12). - Low perceived social support (MSPSS score < 36). - Loneliness (ULS-8 score = 24). - Individuals with no significant difficulties in communication and no severe visual or hearing impairments. - Individuals who use a smartphone.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: - Individuals diagnosed with major neurological disorders, including dementia, epilepsy, stroke, Parkinson’s disease, or other acquired brain injuries. - Individuals with unstable medical conditions, such as those currently undergoing cancer treatment or having unstable cardiovascular disease. - Individuals diagnosed with major psychiatric disorders (e.g., schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, or recurrent major depressive disorder) or substance use disorders (e.g., illicit drug use or severe alcohol misuse).
