Female

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Female patients who underwent total knee arthroplasty (TKA) due to knee osteoarthritis 2. Aged between 65 and 75 years 3. Able to understand the study procedures and provide written informed consent 4. Able to participate in the early weight-bearing exercise program following surgery

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Unable to perform continuous exercise during the previous two months 2. Presence of cognitive impairment 3. Severe pain that interferes with participation 4. Underwent revision surgery 5. Postoperative complications or adverse events 6. Neurological deficits caused by spinal disorders
