Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Adults aged 19 years or older 2) Registered with the Korean Sport & Olympic Committee as an elite athlete (national team, reserve team, professional, corporate, or university affiliated) with regular training and competitive schedules 3) Able to use one's own smartphone proficiently and to participate faithfully in the 4-week voice-based AI coaching intervention and online surveys via a mobile app 4) Normal cognition, able to understand the study explanation and provide voluntary online electronic consent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Under 19 years of age 2) Unable to understand the study explanation or to provide voluntary consent 3) Currently taking psychotropic medication (e.g., antidepressants, anxiolytics) after being diagnosed within the past 6 months by a psychiatrist with major depressive disorder, bipolar disorder, schizophrenia, or severe generalized anxiety disorder 4) Severe visual, auditory, or speech impairment precluding smooth voice communication and on-screen interaction via the smartphone app 5) Duplicate participation in the same study 6) Intentional false responses or serious violation of study procedures 7) Others judged by the principal investigator, on medical and ethical grounds, to be at risk of physical or psychological harm from the intervention
