Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: The selection criteria for study participants included 36 individuals who understood the study and expressed a willingness to participate. The selection criteria for participants included elderly individuals aged 65 years or older with a score of 24 or higher on the Korean version of the Mini-Mental State Examination (MMES-K), those without cognitive or communication problems, those capable of performing daily living activities independently without the aid of assistive devices, those without central nervous system deficits, and those without visual problems, tinnitus, or dizziness.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: those requiring professional medical treatment, those taking five or more types of excessive medications, those with severe balance disorders, and those with comorbidities in four or more areas due to cardiovascular disease were excluded.
