Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: A. Psoriasis patients with post-inflammatory hyperpigmentation: Adults aged 19 years or older who fully understand the study and have voluntarily provided written informed consent to participate. Eligible participants must have residual skin lesions suspected to be post-inflammatory hyperpigmentation at sites of previous psoriatic lesions, must voluntarily desire to receive treatment for these lesions, and must perform a skin biopsy for differential diagnosis. B. As positive controls for immunohistochemical staining, paraffin-embedded tissue blocks will be used from patients who visited Dermatology between February 2017 and April 2023 and got diagnosed with post-inflammatory hyperpigmentation based on histopathological findings.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Individuals with an allergy to lidocaine, acute or chronic infections, hepatic or renal failure, diabetes mellitus, malignancy, or other autoimmune/autoinflammatory diseases. Also, minors, pregnant women, or those who meet the diagnostic criteria but lack sufficient data will be excluded.
