Behavioral : : Monthly audit-and-feedback intervention delivered to stroke teams at participating hospitals. Components: (1) kick-off online monitoring meeting at intervention onset, reviewing the pre

(2) monthly feedback emails containing hospital-specific IVT rate, list of non-treated eligible patients, and benchmarking against top-quintile hospitals

(3) individualized prompts requiring physicians to respond to a structured questionnaire when an IVT-eligible patient is not treated.
