Behavioral : [Experimental group: Virtual Human (VH) mentoring program] A 8-week hybrid program combining VH-based asynchronous self-directed learning modules with weekly synchronous mentoring session

program overview, interface use, ethical use principles, fostering psychological safety)

(ii) 8 weekly VH mentoring sessions (20–30 minutes each

scenario-based dialogue, clinical reasoning coaching, emotional regulation dialogue, self-reflection)

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ?New graduate nurses with 12 months or less of clinical experience currently working at a participating institution ?Those who understand the purpose and procedures of the study and provide written informed consent ?Those able to participate in both the Virtual Human–based mentoring program and the pre/post assessments

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: ?Those who have participated in a Virtual Human/virtual reality–based mentoring program or similar digital mentoring program within the past 6 months ?Those for whom use of the digital interface is restricted for physical or psychological reasons ?Those currently participating in another formal mentoring program outside this study
