Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Community-dwelling adults aged 40 to 80 years 2.Participants enrolled in a community-based health program hosted by Applenanum Dental Hospital 3.Those who agree to oral pathogen testing and fecal microbiome testing 4.Those who consent to the secondary use of anonymized data and residual specimens for future research 5.Those who voluntarily sign the informed consent form

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Those who have used antibiotics (oral or injectable) within the past 1 week 2.Those who have used immunosuppressants (methotrexate, leflunomide, tacrolimus, cyclosporin, azathioprine, etc.) or corticosteroids (oral or injectable) within the past 1 month 3.Those who have continuously taken medications that may affect periodontal status (coumadin, NSAIDs, aspirin, etc.) for 5 or more days within the past 1 month 4.Those deemed ineligible for study participation by the principal investigator based on clinical judgment
